Can a Visitor delete or disable Personal Information collected on the Site?

 

We provide a mechanism for visitors and authorized customers to delete/deactivate personally identifiable information from the Site’s database by emailing contact@palmeirasdigital.com However, because of backups and deletion records, it may not be possible to delete a Visitor’s record without retaining some residual information.

 

A person requesting the deactivation of personally identifiable information will be functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer or use personally identifiable information in the future. What happens if the Privacy Policy changes?

 

We will notify our visitors and authorized customers of changes to our Privacy Policy by posting such changes on the Site.
